Dad slams disgraceful traffic warden for 75 parking fine at hospital where his sick son had

A DAD has slammed a "disgraceful" traffic warden for slapping him with a £75 parking fine at the hospital where his son was recovering from a six-hour operation. Patients watched on in disbelief as the jobsworth attendant left the fine on Daniel Ingman's windscreen - even though he had a permit on the dashboard.
